We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to Fatima Duarte, our new Finance Manager, as she embarks on her journey with Soul Food. Fatima’s induction and training commenced in Gqeberha, where she had the opportunity to meet with our Training Manager, Eric Mtyobo, and Spencer Mali. Together, they provided Fatima with invaluable insights into the rich network they have cultivated over the years.
Continuing her induction, Fatima, along with Ellen Mosiane, traveled to George. There, she had the pleasure of meeting Esra, a dedicated Soul Food Manager who has played a key role in advancing our mission and impacting communities in the George area.
Fatima’s training journey will conclude in Cape Town, where she will be guided by Nicky Isaacs. Nicky will lead Fatima on a tour of various soup kitchens and introduce her to the generous donors who play a vital role in supporting Soul Food’s operations in Cape Town.
Fatima, we warmly welcome you to the Soul Food family. We are thrilled to have you on board and look forward to your contributions in advancing our mission of making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
