Donate Food
One of the most direct and effective ways to support Soul Food is to sponsor one or more POWA Packs. Each 1kg Pack contains a highly nutritious porridge, low in sugar and carbohydrate, but packed with vitamins. It requires no cooking and is simply mixed with hot or cold water.
They cost R75 each (USD $4, AUD $6, GBP £3, EUR €4) and you can sponsor as many as you like. Each pack feeds 25 kids.
This is the perfect donation for individuals, companies, aid agencies, social clubs, charities, churches and sporting clubs – and it goes directly to the beneficiaries for whom it was intended.
