Thanks to the generosity of Komati Citrus, located near the R37 road in Motetema, a wonderful donation of fresh naartjies was made available to children in the Steelpoort community through Soul Food.
Our Steelpoort Branch Manager, Victor, distributed the donation to centres including Mogoshadi Day Care Centre and Sunshine Day Care Centre, where the learners were delighted to receive the fresh fruit. Sunshine Day Care also received a donation of mielie meal, helping to ensure that nutritious meals continue to be prepared for the children.
Fresh fruit plays an important role in supporting children’s health by providing essential vitamins and nutrients that contribute to growth, immunity, and overall well-being. For many children, these donations are more than just food — they are a reminder that their community cares.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Komati Citrus for partnering with us in nourishing young lives and creating healthier futures for children in Steelpoort.
Together, we are proving that small acts of generosity can make a lasting impact.
